Antony Surace was appointed a Director in November, 2016.
Antony has been a follower of horse racing from a very young age and has been an owner for the past fifteen years. With his horses trained in the tranquil environs of the provincial racecourse, Kembla Grange, Antony is a committed attendee of track work, trials and racing.
Antony is excited about joining the NSWROA Committee and looks forward to doing what he can to further enhance the exhilarating experience of owning racehorses.
Together with his family and friends, Antony has owned shares in a number of horses over that time, the best performed being Brilliant Light, who won at Group Two level, was placed in the 2010 Doncaster and was the winner of the Provincial Horse of the Year award at that year’s Racing’s Night of Champions.
He has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, is a member of both the Australian Turf Club and Illawarra Turf Club, and has penned a book about his experiences as a racehorse owner.
